Mid-week Ministries

Cubbies
Cubbies celebrates the spiritual potential of preschoolers (3 – 5 year olds) by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word. Each week, Cubbie Bear and his friends help teach important Biblical lessons in a fun and memorable way. Our Wednesday evenings with him are spent memorizing God’s word, doing crafts that highlight our main lesson, eating snacks and playing games.
Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00pm
Downstairs at Grant E-Free Church
Exchange
The Exchange exists to facilitate the exchange of stony, stubborn hearts for hearts that are tender and responsive to Christ. We want to spend our time on Wednesday evening examining God’s word, applying it to our lives and growing more like Jesus every week!
The Exchange is open to kids in Kindergarten through 6th grade on Wednesdays from 6:15 – 8:00pm, upstairs at Grant E-Free Church.
Our time during each meeting is divided into three segments:
All of The Exchange members are here to develop or deepen a growing relationship with Jesus. In order to do that in a safe and encouraging environment, a code of conduct creates clarity for all involved, helps prevents conflicts and promotes a culture of Christ-like behavior.

This year, we’re getting back to the basics and laying some foundational truths in the hearts and lives of our students.
Our Orange group members (Kindergarten and 1st Grade) will be studying “Big Truths for Young Hearts” where they will unpack the riches of God’s word so they can grasp the big picture of who God is and all He desires us to know through His Word.
Our Jade group members (2nd Grade and 3rd Grade) will be taking an adventure through “Go! Join the Story!” Kids will take a chronological walk through the Bible where they will see God’s power and promises combine for His plan of redemption in the way of Jesus.
Our Blue group members (4th, 5th, and 6th grade) will be continuing on in the New Testament through “Adventures in Acts.” They will explore what life was like for the first disciples when Jesus returned to heaven, how God’s Spirit turned ordinary men into powerhouses of faith, and how God can still do the same today.

A vibrant time of worship and teaching. We’ll go over our main topic for the week and discuss how the Lord wants us to respond to His Word.

A small group time to dig deeper into God’s Word. Your child will join 3-5 other boys/girls their age as we spend time getting to know more about each other and more about what God desires for our lives.

A time to build friendships and engage in fun activities. We play games, participate in Bible drills, and burn some energy!

Extreme

Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00pm in the Student Ministries Building, in the Northeast Parking Lot of the Grant E-Free Campus.
